You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Sir,

Hope you are doing well, I am writing this Email regarding reducing my working hours to study part time.

I want to do my further studies from next month. Last week I applied college offer letter for study in millwrights and the I asked them for online couse but they only have the offline course so thats why i have to reduce my working hours.

According to college I have to attend three offline classes for that course so i can't work more then 25 hours in week. Its little hard for me to work more than that much hours while doing the study.

After completing my study i can apply for millwrights position in the same company which is beneficial for me and the company because i am fully trained in my job so it is easy for me to handle everything perfectly after completing my study.
