Dear Alex,

I hope everything going well on your side. I am writing in response to changing my working hours from morning shift to evening shift, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

The primary reason for requesting schedule change is because of my study hours. Last week I opted part time laboratory program related to gaining more hands on experience on lab instruments. The practical classes start at 10:00 AM in the morning and end at 3:00 in the afternoon.

This part time lab course will really helps our company when it comes to environmental samples testing as the practical sessions include hands-on experience on advanced instruments, such as HPLC, GC and FTIR. We are already planning to install these instruments in our lab. Therefore, the company do not have to spend much time and money to train me. Additionally, we do not have to send our sample outside for testing as all testing can be done in our lab.
