You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Dear, Mr. Kay Gandhi,

I hope you are doing well. I 'm writing this letter to inform you about the study i am going to start in next week; and because of that i would like to lower down working hours to focus on studies.

This course is going to be start on 31st of August and end on 1st November. It is about 9 weeks long. All the classes and practical lectures will be on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So, i can not work on these days but, i can work on three days a week, which will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I am fully available on these three days and flexible about working hours.

Moreover, the course i am going to pursue is about marketing and data analysis. This course will help our organization in many ways. From analyzing market trends, new product launching to discontinue old product from the sell.
