Dear Mr Joshi,

I am writing to request you to reduce my working hours because I want to study part time.

Nowadays due to technological advancement learning AI is very essential. I want to pursue a six months of AI course as part time study. That's why I want that you reduce my working hours.

The classes where I do this course it organize the class in the morning 7:00 to 11:00 so its my request to give me first four hours off in the morning so I can concentrate well and study efficiently.

It is really helpful in my current job work. It makes task easy and efficienct. As I working as an Accountant It helps me to find errors in the expenses entries It also helps to solve complicated problems. I ensure you that it contributes a lot in company's growth.
