Dear Sir,

I am Anmol deep, full-time employee of your company. Currently, I am working as a Sales associate in the Bell department. Eventhough I am working 40-hours in a week, I would like to inform you that I want to reduce my working hours. Since I will take an admission in the project management course in the upcoming month that's why, it would be difficult for me to be available on work seven days in a week.

I would like to work 24-hours in a week instead of 40-hours. When my part-time studies begin, I will work on three alternative days in a week. Hence, I would definetely inform you about my working days, when I will get my time table from my college.

As, I am working in a Bell department, my part-time studies would benefit our company. Because, In project management course, I will learn about all the strategies of how we can achieve our company's target within the short interval of time. Apart from this, I will apply also learn how I can use different agile methods in order to complete the project. So, it will really help the company in the upcoming years.
