Dear Sir,

I am writing to let you know that I am planning to pursue my part time studies in business management from September 2026. Therefore, I would like to decrease my working hours so that I can focus on my studies properly.

As I informed earlier, I got admission in business management part time course which is starting from 8th September and for which I have to attend 8 classes per week as well as I will be having assignments and project to submit regularly. Therefore, I would appreciate if you can cut down my working hours from 40 to 30 hours per week. I would prefer to work five six-hour shifts, preferably from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This would allow me to concentrate on my classes and reading.

Furthermore, my business management course will help me gain in-depth knowledge about daily business activities, decision-making and forecasting as well. Additionally, practical experience from my projects will help me gain insights about business operations. Which I can implement in our working activities and this will benefit us in achieving our goals.
