Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing this email to your about my concern on my part-time study in which I am currently involved in , and also about to reduce the working hours at our main location.

As the course has started to advance , the need to give it more time and attention is growing much more than before and because of this cause I have planned to reduce my working hours for coming 2 months as the course level is getting difficult day-by-day. And also I have figured a way out to ease out the situation as I will be taking day offs on not busy weekdays such as Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday, that way I can be able to manage both the workload and study.

After 2 months, Exams would be completed and I would get the certificate of the course which will boost up our store's reputation as it would be leveled up by the certificate and which will eventually helps us in our sales and marketing. I hope you hear it back from you.
