Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

Dear Manager,

I have been working in your company, Tata Motors, since 2015. I want to reduce my working hours to enroll in part-time studies. I want to tell you that my course is totally related to my current job as a mechanic.

All my classes will start in the evening, but some will be in the morning. I can work in the evenings on Mondays and Wednesdays, and in the mornings on other days. You can also call me on weekends, since there will be no classes, and if you need any additional help.

Apart from this, my course will also be beneficial for you because it is a mechanical course focused on repairing new cars, which will ultimately help you repair them and understand the technology used in them. It will not only improve customer satisfaction but also help you promote your company.
