Dear sir or madam, I am writing to request you about reduction in my working hours as I want to study part time. Actually, I have been planning to complete my course of accounting by taking part time classes in a university as it is my dream to become an accountant. Moreover, I have registered for this course and I got their email yesterday, and I got to know that I will have classes on weekdays from 30 September. So, I would like to work during weekends any shift will work for me such as evening, morning or afternoon as a part time worker. As I am planning to become an accountant. So, I would be able to help you in budgeting, planning, making payrolls, accounting and so on. I would appreciate it if you could keep me as your part time employee because I really love to work at your cafe as well as I would complete my dream.
