You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours

• describe how your part-time studies would benefit your employer

Dear sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to request about reduce my working hours as I enrolled in part time course in university.

As you might aware, I work 9 to 5 in weekdays and as a result I do not get sufficient time for my self-study. It is my humble request to you to give me transfer into weekend crew so that I can get enough time in weekdays.

For your information, in my part time program my main focus is on improving my skills in AI and digital marketing, which ultimately assist our firm. In addition, we can design new marketing strategies according to clients demands and ongoing competitors. My ultimate goal is to assist and grow this company and achieve its targets.

I trust that you will go through this letter and transfer me in weekend crew so that, I can more concentrate on my studies while doing this job.
