Dear sir,

I am writing to request you about the changes in my position for the next upcoming month. Currently, I am a full-time CAD technician in our firm and, I want to work part-time for the short time.

The major reason behind this, I enrolled in 4 weeks BIM designing course in our city college. I must have to attain the lecture three days a week which makes it challenging for me to work 40hr weekly.

However, I can work all five days in the morning from 7:30 to 12:00 where I can surly cover all my given tasks. I will make sure that if any important work might not finish, I will inform my manager before leaving office.

After completing this certification course, it not beneficial for me, but also crucial for our organization in many terms. I can apply all the skills to the upcoming projects which makes our work unique.
