Dear boss,

I am writing this letter to request minimising working time for taking classes part-time basis.

Recently, I have taken part in new program which required three days of attendance at school. As a result, I am unable to work full-time for the organisation.

As my classes are on last three days of the week. Thus, I can work for first four days of the week. These four days I can work at any time.

The study i have choosen is really important for my future growth. In fact, this study not only helpful for me but beneficial for the organisation too because this course is related to welding skill. which is crucial department for our organisation. Once I will get certificate from the college i would be enable to help the company in other department too.That is why please take consideration on my request to reduce working hours. I am further looking for your respond.
