You would like to reduce your working hours in order to study part time.

Write a letter to your boss. In your letter

• explain why you want to reduce your working hours
• say which hours you would like to work
• describe how your part-time studies would benefit your employer

Dear Manager,

I am writing to requesting to reduce my working hours in order to study part time.

As a request, I will be enrolling to school for my study next month and because of that I would like to change my schedule. However, I will try to give my best time for work while mainting my school schedule.

I will be part time student, so I as know for now my school schedule would be on Monday, Tuesday and Friday. So, I can work other days and if there is any changes in the schedule I will let you know one week prior of the schedule.

Additionally, this part time study would be very helpful for me and company as well, because this study is related to the supply chain managment, so I can manage store stock and stock data as per the company policy.
