Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding my working hours. Its my humble request to reduce my number of working hours from 40 to 25 per week. I am planning to do a part time course on Basics of AI. The course is 3 months long and I will have to attend 2 classes per week.

It will be really helpful if my upcoming schedule will be changed to 3 days a week which will include working from monday to wednesday. I will attend my classes on thursday and friday which will spare me 2 days for my self study as well. I was planning to learn AI and enhance my technical skills from past couple of months now and I finally got a chance to pursue that.

After completing this AI course, I will be more efficent in work and use AI applications for faster and consistent results. Moreover, with integration of AI, we can simplify the testing phase of our project.

The cherry on top will be the softwares I am going to learn are totally aligned with our project framework and are sufficient for cross development and intergation.
