Dear Mr Patel,

I am writing this letter to request you that I would like to decrease my job hours to pursue part-time business course. Currently, I am working five days in a week but from the next month I am thinking to start one small part-time course. My course is fully remote but it will require my attendence in the lectures.

I request you to schedule me for only three day, Monday, Thrusday and friday as on the other days I will have to be present in a lectures. Furthermore, I will need small change in a friday shift as my evening lecture will be at 6:30pm. For this reason, I will be greatful if you could schedule me till 5:30 pm.

My part-time business course is regarding the advance trade across the world which will be very helpful for our company. According to our last meeting, our company is making progeress towards the internatinal trade market so my advance knowledge will be useful in upcoming projects. In addition, I will get licence for trade market. I will be officilaly eligible to work in international department.
