Dear Mr. Smith,

I would like to reduce my working hours because I want to get enrol in part-time course.

I keen to join Artificial intelligence course in the University of Victoria. They offer specialize courses for professional workers. The course I want to join conducts all weekdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

I would like to reduce 1 hour from my daily schedule. My current time is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. I would like to reduce 1 hour at the end of the day, therefore I will leave at 3:00 PM.

This course includes basic of Artificial Intelligence and advanced automation methods. For example, course covers real-life projects creation such as automation workflow for CEOs. This could help to improve our workflows in every department. After complete this course, I may able to help company to automate tasks and save lots of time and manual efforts.
