Dear Mr Joseph,

I am writing this letter to request you to reduce my working hours in order to study part time. I am preparing for my MRCP exam to get enroll in Medicine training. Therefore, I need to prepare for this exam.

Nowadays, I am working from 9am to 5pm in emergency department along with Dr Mujtaba and Dr Nadia. I have discussed this with them too, and they are willing to provide me a cover from 12pm to 5pm. So, I am able to work from 9am to 12pm from next week. In addition, I have already asked about this from HR department too.

Moreover, as I am trying to getting training in medicine faculty. This will enhance my bed-side skills and upskill mu clinical knowledge in this field. Ultimately, I would perform much better at emergency floor. Whereby, this is beneficial for the hospital too.

I hope you will consider my request in this regard.
