Dear Sir,

I am writing this to kindly request you to reduce my working hours in company so that can able to manage my job while studing part-time on upcoming months.

I am pleased to inform you that to reduce my two working hours on everyday bases because I am going to take admission in short term business management couse that lasts six months and have to join onliness in evening after 4pm.

As per my previous availibility, I am working from 9 am to 6pm but from next month I am only available to work from 9am to 4pm in to order to take my classes.

Moreover, My course of business management not only help me to broaden my perspective but it also proves fruitful for our company's growth because it would help to learn how to get more profit while manage the expenses.
