But now, I want to get promote to the senior level and to achieve this position I need to complete my masters and that is why I want to give some time to my studies and due to this I need to reduce my working hours.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you explain that you need time to complete a master’s degree and seek promotion, specify availability from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and connect your studies with future growth for both you and the business. The purpose is clear and the tone is appropriately polite. However, the employer benefit is only briefly asserted in the closing (“help both me and your business to grow”); explain more specifically how the qualification or skills would improve your work. The proposed schedule could also be framed as a clear request for reduced hours, rather than simply stating when you are available. These details would make the response more fully developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall arrangement: it introduces the request, gives the reason, states the preferred hours, and closes politely. Paragraphing helps the reader follow these stages, and links such as “Moreover” and “that is why” show how the ideas relate. Some connections are repetitive or mechanical, particularly the repeated use of “due to this” and “that is why” to link the study plans to reduced hours. The second paragraph also combines your employment history, promotion goal, degree requirement, and request in one long sequence. Use more varied transitions and separate the background from the explanation of the request to create smoother progression.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the main purpose, including “part time studies,” “enrollment,” “promotion,” and “consideration.” The wording is generally understandable, but several spelling and word-choice errors reduce precision and naturalness: “writting,” “juniour,” “get promote,” and “focuse.” Some phrases are also awkward, such as “working with you from a long time” and “in a same position.” Choose more natural workplace expressions and check spelling and word forms carefully. More precise language for the employer benefit—for example, describing skills you would bring back to the role—would also broaden the vocabulary used for this task.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 6.0
You use a mix of simple and more complex sentences, including the explanation beginning “to achieve this position I need to complete my masters.” The main message remains clear, and the letter includes some accurate sentence patterns. However, some grammatical errors affect accuracy: “As you are well aware that” has an unnecessary “that,” while “I have been working with you from a long time in a same position” has problems with tense-related phrasing and articles. “I want to get promote” also uses an incorrect verb construction. Aim to control these patterns by writing “I have worked here for a long time,” “in the same position,” and “I hope to be promoted.”
