Furthermore, please note that I'm prepared to accept any adjustments to my existing timetable to accommodate the required time off.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The letter addresses all three requested points: you explain that you want to attend management classes, specify early finishes at 2 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays, and describe a possible benefit to the company. The request is clear and relevant, and the six-month period gives useful context. The employer benefit is the least developed part: the claim that your studies will help the company “attract more clients” is plausible, but you do not explain how the new skills would lead to this outcome. The reason for studying could also be linked more directly to your goals. To strengthen the response, briefly explain how applying human-resource or project-management skills could improve a specific workplace process or service.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 7.0
The information is arranged in a clear sequence: the opening makes the request, the next paragraph sets out the proposed schedule, and the final body paragraph explains the studies’ potential value. Paragraphing supports the purpose, and phrases such as “Furthermore” and “Since” help connect ideas. The progression is generally easy to follow, although some linking language is slightly formal or mechanical, particularly “To elaborate more on the subject matter of my studies.” The closing also combines thanks and anticipation in a way that could be more smoothly expressed. Use simpler, more natural transitions and make the relationship between your new skills and the company’s benefit explicit to improve the flow further.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for a workplace request, including “adjustments to my existing timetable,” “human resource management,” and “project management.” These choices show an attempt to be specific and formal. However, spelling errors and awkward word combinations are noticeable, including “planing,” “entroll,” “community collage,” and “early release.” Some expressions are also imprecise: “part time study approval from for” does not clearly state the request, while “the knowledge that I can gain by this classes” is not natural phrasing. These issues do not prevent the reader from understanding your main points, but they limit precision and fluency. Check spelling carefully and learn common collocations for requests, schedules, and professional development.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
The letter includes both simple statements and longer sentences with subordinate clauses, for example, “Since there are only two managers with such educational qualifications, I believe…” This gives some variety, and the main message remains understandable. Some grammatical errors persist, however. “Hope you are doing well, I'm writing…” joins two clauses with a comma, and “as I'm planing to entroll” uses an incorrect verb form after “as.” In “Most of my schedule will remain the same as of now except on Fridays and Mondays,” the comparison and preposition pattern are not well controlled. The final sentence also has a faulty construction: “I'm looking forward to hearing form you and that you for your time.” Use complete sentence boundaries and check verb forms and clause structure when combining ideas.
