Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address all three requested points: you explain that you have been accepted onto an English course, specify the hours you hope to work, and describe how improved English could help the business serve English-speaking customers and increase sales. The reason for urgency is also clear, as you say the course place or fees may be lost if you do not attend. However, some details are unclear or not fully developed. In particular, “10AM to 1AM” and “I will come to duty at 2AM” appear inconsistent with a shift ending at 8am, so the proposed schedule needs clarification. Explain more directly how the course will improve your work, and make the request to your manager explicit.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The letter has a coherent overall arrangement: you introduce the course, explain the urgency, propose working hours, and then describe a possible benefit to the company. Paragraph breaks help the reader follow these stages. Some links between ideas are faulty or abrupt, however. For example, “Because classes take place at morning” is attached awkwardly to the preceding sentence, while “So i will not able to come at work in these hours” does not clearly connect the proposed hours to your existing shift. The repeated use of “So” and “As you know” also makes cohesion somewhat mechanical. Use clearer transitions and ensure each paragraph develops one point in a logical sequence.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the situation, including “applied admission,” “classes,” “shift,” “customers,” and “brand,” and the reader can generally understand your purpose. However, the range and control are limited, with several spelling errors and unnatural word combinations that make parts of the letter less clear. Examples include “acedmey,” “popolution,” “customerrs,” and “my all fees become waste.” Some expressions, such as “discuss some matter related to work” and “boost our customers,” are not natural in this context. Choose more precise workplace and study-related phrases, and check spelling carefully; this will make your request sound clearer and more professional.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional idea in “if you want then i can work for 2 more hours,” and most of the message remains understandable. Some grammatical errors nevertheless affect clarity. For example, “I am writing this letter tell you” needs an infinitive construction, and “if i will not take classes” uses an incorrect verb form after “if.” There are also missing auxiliaries in “I will not able to come” and “I need to attend,” as well as inconsistent capitalization and punctuation. Practise accurate sentence patterns for requests and conditionals, and check verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries before sending the letter.
