Student answer (Band 6.5)
Nowdays majority of the travellers visit famous places just to click their pictures rather than experiencing the beauty of those places.
I think due to icreasing impact of social media on people's life, they are more intrested to click photos and post it online rather than looking at those places. Overall, It is a negative trend for the travellers.
Firstly, popular Infuencers post beautiful places on their social media in order to increase their followers and likes, as a result famous landmarks have become backgroup for photos rather than places to learn history and culture. People wants to capture everything in their Phones or Camara without actually experiencing the place. actually going to the place has become less important than posting yourself on social media. Recently I was scrolling through social media, I saw a news of two people falling of the cliff because they were not actively listening to the guide and were more focused on live streaming it on Youtube.
I think it has a very negative impact on people's life, because it reduces the importance of that place and reduces the ture meaning of travelling. Which causes overcrowding at those places, causing disturbance for the people who actually wants to enjoy the beauty of the place and wants to know about history and culural importance of that place.
In conclusion, I would like to say that increasing demands of pictures has a negative impact on the places, although taking pitues is a good way to keepsafe the memories, but it should not reduce the actuall meaning of the journey.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and the evaluation of whether it is positive or negative. The position is clear throughout. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you provide a relevant example regarding the cliff incident, the explanation of why this is happening could be more deeply explored beyond just social media influence. To reach a higher band, ensure that your supporting arguments are more thoroughly expanded with additional detail or nuanced reasoning. The conclusion effectively summarizes your stance, though it is quite brief.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'as a result', and 'In conclusion' to link your ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and there is a lack of more sophisticated linking phrases. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, such as the use of 'it' in the second paragraph, which could refer to either the trend or the act of taking photos. Improving the variety of your cohesive devices would enhance the overall flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'landmarks', 'live streaming', and 'cultural importance'. However, there are several spelling errors throughout the text, such as 'Nowdays', 'icreasing', 'intrested', 'Infuencers', 'backgroup', 'Camara', 'ture', and 'pitues'. These errors are frequent enough to be noticeable. To improve, focus on proofreading your work to catch these common spelling mistakes. While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary, the range is somewhat limited, and more precise word choices would help elevate your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you successfully convey your meaning, there are frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'People wants', 'two people falling of the cliff') and punctuation errors (e.g., 'Overall, It is...'). The use of articles and prepositions is also inconsistent. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to impact the clarity of your writing. To improve, focus on mastering basic subject-verb agreement and refining your use of articles and prepositions.
