Student answer (Band 5.5)
I totally agree with the statement that many people nowadays taking photos of themselves at famous places without worry about the place, there are couples of reason behind this.
Firstly, social media is the most influence reason behind it. Suppose if a single person in the group is going to post on social platforms his or her friends started liking photo's, sharing it and commenting on it. As in today’s world number of likes and shares also matters by watching that’s more number of people plan to visit that place and eagerly taking photos of that beautiful scenario.
Secondly, the gossip at the work place and friends meeting, just to show that they have wonderful weekends and they are the one who found that place initially, alike they are the inventor of that place, in other world we can say show off of their visit of that place.
According to me it’s going to be negative trade because in sequence of articles we can read that lots of people lost their leaves because of taking photos carelessly. However the reason behind is huge portion of human gathering at that particular place on the other hand it will also create lots of traffic to that particular route. And obviously more number of people is going to meet their, chances of hazards and infection is going to increase. Also, not everyone but few of them going to make mess at that place, which is going to put more burden on city to clean and maintain that place.
In last I will definitely say big no to such things

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and whether it is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. The explanation regarding social media is clear, but the second point about 'gossip' is slightly underdeveloped and lacks depth. The discussion on the negative aspects is relevant, mentioning safety and environmental concerns, but the expression is often imprecise, such as 'lost their leaves' (likely meaning lives) and 'infection is going to increase'. The position is clear, but the overall argument lacks the sophistication required for a higher band score due to the lack of detailed supporting examples.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'in sequence of articles' and 'in other world' are used incorrectly as transition phrases. The flow between sentences is sometimes disjointed, particularly in the third paragraph where the transition from social pressure to environmental impact is abrupt. While there is a logical progression of ideas, the lack of varied and accurate linking words limits the coherence of the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'most influence reason' instead of 'most influential reason', 'human gathering' instead of 'crowds', and 'make mess' instead of 'litter'. The student attempts to use some topic-specific vocabulary, but the frequent errors in collocation and word form hinder the clarity of the message. To improve, the student should focus on learning common collocations and ensuring that words are used in their correct grammatical form.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('friends started liking', 'number of people is going to meet'), incorrect pluralization ('photo's'), and missing articles. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar structures prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. The student needs to focus on sentence construction and proofreading to correct basic errors in tense and agreement.
