In this contemporary era visitor crowd can been seen only making videos and clicking pictures at the famous site rather than immerse in the history and aesthetic frame of that specfic place.
The primery catalyst is the driven trend of validation of your profile on the social platform like instagram or tik tok. In present time people solely focused on their social life than real one. Also, Younger genration find thier identity because of the likes, share and followers on the social media platfarm which encourage them to post everything they are doing in thier every day life. Moreover, these social media chennel sometime give them special attention so that can earn some money which motivate them to take more picture and update on their profile to get finacial help and publicity. For example, Some of the celebrities has entered in big screen show because of thier influence on the social media plateforms.
It is absolutaly a negative trend because it is dameging the enviornmental surrounding of the historical heritage. People are visiting the place only because of watching the edited stories or post from the social media and visiting in huge crowd to the same site. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and whether it is positive or negative. The ideas are relevant, such as the influence of social media validation and the negative impacts on heritage sites and safety. However, the development is somewhat limited. For instance, the point about celebrities entering the 'big screen' is a bit tangential and could have been better linked to the core argument of social media influence. The position is clear throughout, but the explanation of the negative trend could be more nuanced to reach a higher band. Overall, the response is sufficient but lacks depth in its analysis.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the argument. There is a logical progression from the causes to the effects. However, the use of cohesive devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the transition 'Also, Younger genration...' and 'Moreover, these social media chennel'. Referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved with more varied linking words. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion, which provides a coherent structure overall.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task, allowing the student to express their ideas clearly. There are attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'contemporary era', 'catalyst', 'aesthetic', and 'fragile'. However, there are frequent spelling errors such as 'specfic', 'primery', 'genration', 'platfarm', 'chennel', 'dameging', 'enviornmental', and 'occure'. These errors are noticeable but do not prevent the reader from understanding the message. To improve, the student should focus on accuracy in spelling and work on more precise collocations to convey their points with greater sophistication.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the student attempts complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('Some of the celebrities has entered'), article usage ('in niagra falls'), and word order. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing and capitalization. While these errors are frequent, they rarely impede communication, as the meaning remains clear. To reach a higher band, the student needs to focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and refining the control over complex sentence structures.
