Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this modren era , people like to explore new places. Most of the individuals are fond of exploring new and famous places and to click photos of eachother, without knowing about the location. In my opinion it is a negative development every individual should follow the trend by thier own.
Firstly, person are obessed with social media and they try to copy the same things what others do. For instance, people see that their friends are going at a new place and enjoying their time with friends and family, shooting videos and taking photos of themselves and uploding on the social media platfrom. However, just to get attention of everybody people forget to see the condition of the place not only condition but also never see the review of that place or never check the location is safe or not.
Moreover, every person should have knowledge about that particular attraction spot instead of clicking photos. Every place have thier own history and tradition people can learn about. For example, if any individual is going to any place in the world they should have knowledge about that spots famous delicacies and their rituals.
To conclude, people who live in modren era follow the trends on social media blindly by clicking thier own photo and uploding on social media platform . However, instead of that every individual should post photo of the location and people who are living in that location including thier dressing scence, r culture , the information which can help and understand other people about the spot

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the trend and whether it is positive or negative. However, the development is somewhat limited. While you identify social media pressure as a reason, the explanation remains superficial. The discussion on whether it is a negative trend is present but lacks depth; for instance, you suggest people should learn about history, but you do not fully explore the consequences of this trend beyond a brief mention. To improve, ensure each paragraph provides a clear, extended argument with more specific examples or logical consequences to meet the requirements for a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Moreover', and 'To conclude' to signal the progression of ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the final paragraph where the connection between the conclusion and the preceding arguments feels abrupt. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each sentence logically follows the one before it to create a more cohesive and natural flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for a higher score. There are several spelling errors, such as 'modren', 'thier', 'uploding', and 'platfrom', which occur frequently. You rely on basic vocabulary like 'people', 'places', and 'things'. While you attempt to use some topic-specific language, the repetition of words and the spelling inaccuracies hinder the overall quality. To improve, focus on learning the correct spelling of common words and try to incorporate more sophisticated synonyms to express your ideas with greater precision and variety.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues (e.g., 'every place have thier own history'), missing articles, and incorrect word forms (e.g., 'dressing scence'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary spaces before commas. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be distracting. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and proofreading your work to catch simple errors in grammar and punctuation before finalizing your writing.
