Student answer (Band 6.0)
There are no doubts that there are hundreds of popular sites around the world where individuals only go for clicking pictures and left without exploring the place properly. According to my opinion there are both postive and negative impact of this, that we will discuss in upcoming paragraphs
Firstly, when tourists only traveling new places for capturing the pictures rather then enjoying the view they are already loosing so many things. For instance, many historical sites like taj mahal in india is famous for its eye catching view and the for history behind it, which they can only learn and fell when they walk around the sites with guide, which they can do even after clicking the picture. Furthermore there are study shows that 70 percent of the guides lose their jobs because new comers dont show any interest in knowing about the monuments history. In last according to me they should click the moments but must leave some extra time to explore the hidden jems in the sites.
On the other hand, in the world of online blogging and social media youngster finds it great move of sharing their moments throughout the internet so ample of new users will see and attract to that place. To explain it, Average numbers of new tourits like to see the place before actually visiting. Which eventually improve the counts of new people and boost the economy. For example, the counts of outsiders in agra to visit the taj mahal escalated by 30 percent because of tourits who share their beautiful memories to their knows, by this more individuals like to see that place.
In conclusion, clicking photographs at every new place leave a cute memory for the future but learning and exploring about the history of the place is highly recommended to know about the place more better.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and whether it is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. The argument regarding the negative impact is supported by a specific example (Taj Mahal guides), but the claim about 70% of guides losing their jobs lacks credibility and feels like an over-generalisation. The positive aspect is addressed through the lens of social media and tourism promotion, which is relevant. To reach a higher band, ensure that arguments are supported by more logical, realistic evidence rather than unsupported statistics.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression from the introduction to the body paragraphs and conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Firstly', 'Furthermore', 'On the other hand', and 'In conclusion', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'Which eventually improve the counts of new people'. The flow between sentences could be improved by using more varied linking structures to avoid a repetitive feel.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to express their ideas clearly. There are some attempts at less common vocabulary, such as 'escalated' and 'monuments', but there are also frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'clicking pictures' (taking photos), 'loosing' (losing), 'new comers' (tourists), and 'hidden jems' (hidden gems). The spelling errors and imprecise word choices occasionally distract the reader, though they do not prevent the message from being understood.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('there are study shows', 'youngster finds'), article misuse, and punctuation errors. For example, 'According to my opinion there are both postive and negative impact' contains multiple errors in a single sentence. While the meaning remains clear, the frequency of these errors limits the score. More attention to basic grammar rules and proofreading for small errors would significantly improve the quality of the writing.
