Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: why this is happening (social media influence) and whether it is positive or negative. However, the development is somewhat superficial. While you mention social media and celebrity influence, the explanation of why people ignore the actual place is limited. Furthermore, your argument that it is a 'positive trend' is slightly contradictory to the prompt's premise of people not looking at the place, and the supporting points about exploring culture are not fully linked to the act of taking photos without engagement. To improve, ensure your arguments directly address the specific behavior described in the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Thus', and 'To summarize' to link ideas. However, the flow between sentences is occasionally mechanical, and some transitions feel forced. For example, the jump from discussing celebrity influence to the benefits of tourism in the third paragraph lacks a smooth logical bridge. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, such as the use of 'the place' without sufficient context. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring a tighter logical progression between sentences would enhance the coherence of your writing.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing you to express your ideas clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'social media platforms', 'cultural activities', and 'tourist'. However, there are several spelling errors ('amonth', 'meadia', 'diiferent', 'audiance') and some awkward collocations, such as 'give them a large attention'. To reach a higher band, you should aim for more precise vocabulary and ensure that your spelling is accurate. Expanding your range to include more sophisticated synonyms for common words would also help demonstrate a stronger command of the language.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

You demonstrate a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, which is a good start. However, there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow, such as 'with looking at the places' (should be 'without looking'), 'an positive trend' (should be 'a positive trend'), and 'can be consider' (should be 'can be considered'). Subject-verb agreement and article usage also need attention. While these errors do not completely prevent understanding, they are frequent enough to limit your score. Focusing on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and ensuring consistent verb forms will significantly improve your writing.
