Student answer (Band 4.0)
In this contemporary epoch, there is no denying the fact that photographs is gaining a lot of popularity over the few year so it is believed by some people that majority of the people this time like to photos is without understand how is right place and rong in my opinion it is a positive effect that i shall articulate in further paragraph.
Admittedly, first and for most photos is save to people old and family data and other old memores
because photos are helping to save people old remand data. ,While photo is help to provide to every people old data and children happy faces. Apart from this is that winner pic in school time because this time most the school and other big price is sudenly give to child and that way family members just like mom dad is fast should to the photo without look to place. For example a survey conducted by oxford University also indicated that Japan most of the family is very fast take to the photos without look to the background and other place.
However, other predominant is that cost most the high class photographs charge high amount of money but now time most of the people like themselves photos because it is very save to money and people improve to the photographs skills. to Instance a report bye time of India also reveled that China most of the people like to themselves photographs.
In conclusion, I would reiterate that although there are a few negative are not ignored yet, positive effect are more that. which can led to holistic devalpment.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response attempts to address the prompt but struggles significantly with clarity and relevance. While you identify the trend, the reasons provided—such as 'saving old data' or 'school prizes'—are difficult to follow and do not logically explain why people take photos without looking at the location. The position is stated but not consistently supported with coherent arguments. To improve, ensure your reasons directly address the prompt (e.g., social media validation, the desire to capture a moment quickly) and provide clear, logical explanations for each point. The current arguments are too vague and disconnected from the core topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the internal structure is weak. The progression of ideas is often illogical, making it difficult for the reader to follow your train of thought. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Admittedly' or 'However', but they are often placed incorrectly or used to introduce ideas that do not follow from the previous sentence. For example, the transition between the school prize example and the survey in Japan is abrupt and lacks a logical link. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph focuses on a single, clear idea would significantly enhance the flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary is quite limited and often repetitive. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'old remand data' or 'fast should to the photo', which make the meaning unclear. You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle to express more complex ideas accurately. To reach a higher band, focus on learning collocations (words that naturally go together) and using more precise terminology related to the topic, such as 'digital documentation', 'social media influence', or 'aesthetic appeal'. Expanding your vocabulary through reading will help you use words more naturally.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'photographs is gaining'), sentence structure, and word order. Many sentences are fragmented or lack the necessary components to be grammatically correct. While there is an attempt to use complex sentences, these are almost always faulty. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence structures first—ensuring you have a clear subject, verb, and object—before attempting more complex constructions. Proofreading for basic errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency will also help.
