Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for the trend and whether it is positive or negative. However, the development is inconsistent. While you identify social media and aesthetic appeal as reasons, the arguments regarding the 'positive' nature of the trend are weak and somewhat irrelevant. For instance, claiming that taking photos in Shimla helps people learn about different backgrounds or languages is not clearly linked to the act of taking photos without looking at the place. The position is clear, but the supporting ideas lack depth and logical connection to the specific phenomenon described in the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow is often hindered by awkward phrasing and mechanical transitions. Phrases like 'The this essay will further elaborate' and 'Staring with good stuff' are unnatural and detract from the coherence. While you use some cohesive devices like 'Furthermore' and 'In conclusion', their usage is sometimes repetitive or imprecise. The progression of ideas is occasionally difficult to follow because the link between the topic sentences and the supporting examples is not always logical or clearly articulated.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and contains frequent errors in spelling and word choice, such as 'modrenozation', 'substainble', 'dailybases', and 'aforementional'. You attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary, but the lack of precision often obscures the intended meaning. The range is sufficient to communicate basic ideas, but the persistent errors and the reliance on simple, repetitive phrasing prevent the use of more sophisticated or precise language. To improve, focus on learning the correct spelling of common academic terms and improving your grasp of collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but grammatical errors are frequent and pervasive. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('most of famous celebrities love'), article usage ('a considerable of indians'), and sentence fragments or run-on sentences. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with commas. While these errors do not completely prevent the reader from understanding your general point, they occur throughout the text and demonstrate a lack of control over complex structures, which limits your score in this criterion.
