Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 3.0
The response is completely off-topic. The prompt provided to you asked about people visiting well-known places to take photographs without looking at the place, but your essay discusses the problems and solutions related to people spending less time with their families due to work. Because you did not address the actual task question, the response cannot be assessed for task achievement in relation to the prompt. You must ensure you read the specific instructions provided in the exam carefully before beginning your writing.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is logically organized with clear paragraphing and a standard introduction-body-conclusion structure. You use cohesive devices such as 'For example', 'Moreover', and 'In conclusion' to link ideas. However, because the content does not match the prompt, the progression of ideas is irrelevant to the task. Within the context of the text you wrote, the flow is generally clear, though some transitions are slightly mechanical. To improve, focus on ensuring that your topic sentences directly relate to the specific question asked in the prompt.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'hectic schedules', 'deteriorating', and 'responsibilities'. There are some word-choice errors, such as 'distant in the family relationships' (should be 'distance in') and 'working time' (should be 'working hours'). You also have some minor spelling issues like 'priortizing' and 'differnet'. While the vocabulary is sufficient to express your ideas clearly, it lacks the precision and sophistication required for higher band scores. Focus on learning collocations and ensuring correct word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
You use a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as 'Individuals those are working longer time may neglect their health as they may not have enough time...'. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, including subject-verb agreement issues ('Spending more time on work cause...') and incorrect relative clauses ('Individuals those are working...'). Punctuation is generally functional, but the frequency of errors in basic grammar structures prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for subject-verb agreement and refining your use of complex sentence structures.
