Student answer (Band 5.0)
In recent days, people started to explore so many places without even reaching about the venue to take their ownphotographs. People visiting places without an overlook to take photos have some advantages but also there also some drawbracks when folks didnt look the famous places.
Firstly, one benefit of going to popular places without the review can have new own experiences rather than missing the place with someone comment .Therefore, it does not matter when they enjoy to go and taking picture of thier own.For instance, when i was studying college,i went to the palam bridge in Kerala just to take picture of myself and it was most exicted moment because I didnt even know about the place..Therefore after that whenever i am going to new place, I started not looking on the reviews.
On the other, there are some disadvantages of travelling to new spot without any information just for pictures.if the place is too far and travel to the place and it is not good as expected will give a depression. spending money on something worthlesss can disappoinment some people not to anywhere.Additionally, it will destroy the exictement of exploring new places. For example, One of friends traveled to very famous river near karnataka,India to take family photoshoots for thier pre-wedding shoots and it was not clean. Moreover that was not the place suitable for taking photographs. Therefore,it has some drawbacks.
In Conclusion, while people going to new places just to take photos has some postives.it can also create disappoinment to folks and lead to disadvantage.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying reasons for the trend and discussing whether it is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is limited. The arguments regarding why people do this—such as the desire for photos—are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. The discussion on whether it is positive or negative is present but remains superficial. To improve, you should provide more nuanced reasons, such as the influence of social media or the 'fear of missing out' (FOMO), and support your position with more detailed, logical reasoning rather than just personal anecdotes.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of 'Therefore' and 'Moreover'. Some transitions between sentences are abrupt, making the flow feel disjointed. For example, the transition from the introduction to the first body paragraph is weak. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') and ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence that guides the reader through your argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and incorrect word choices, such as 'reaching about the venue', 'without an overlook', and 'worthlesss'. Spelling errors are frequent (e.g., 'drawbracks', 'exicted', 'disappoinment'). The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas clearly. To reach a higher band, you should work on learning collocations and synonyms to avoid repeating basic words. Focus on using more precise terminology related to travel and social media trends to enhance the sophistication of your writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people started', 'folks didnt look'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple or contain run-on structures that lack proper punctuation. For instance, 'if the place is too far and travel to the place and it is not good as expected will give a depression' is grammatically fragmented and difficult to follow. You need to focus on basic sentence construction, ensuring every sentence has a clear subject and verb, and practice using complex sentences with correct conjunctions.
