Student answer (Band 5.5)
It is undeniable that in this contemporary era, maximum number of people tend to attain famous spots for photo shooting. However , they do not have much information about these places. There are so many reasons behind this circumstances . My perspectives and reasons will be elaborated in forthcoming paragraphs.
To commence with , this era is all about social media and the internet era, people like to visit popular places to click photos and put it on social media platforms like Instagram , you tube . Moreover , in recent time each and every human prefer to showoff to others and likes to be cool . This could be also one of reasons to visit such a places. Apart from these , now a days many people earn money by doing vlog on you tube or making reels for this, they prefer these kind of well known places to get more views.
As per my opinion , this is negative trend. I am not against about visit popular places and take photos , but at least people should know about places and they have to know is it safe place to go and click photo. Now a days people became so crazy they can do anything to get more views and they even put their life in risk.
In conclusion, visit well known places for taking photos for earning or for social media is becoming trend in recent time , however without looking these places and visit and put their life in risk is definitely downside.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and the opinion on whether it is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention social media and vlogging as reasons, the explanation lacks depth and specific examples. The discussion on whether the trend is negative is also brief and relies on general statements about safety rather than a nuanced argument. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed reasoning and clearer illustrations of how these behaviors impact society or the individual experience of travel.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'Now a days' and 'To commence with'. Some transitions between sentences are abrupt, and the logical flow within paragraphs could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'nevertheless'). Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the connection between the introduction and the body paragraphs could be more seamless to ensure a smoother progression of ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic phrasing such as 'maximum number of people' and 'do not have much information'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choices, such as 'attain famous spots' instead of 'visit famous landmarks' and 'doing vlog' instead of 'creating vlogs'. To improve, focus on using more sophisticated vocabulary related to tourism, social media, and personal behavior, and ensure that words are used in their correct idiomatic context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'each and every human prefer'), missing articles, and incorrect preposition usage (e.g., 'against about visit'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with spacing around commas. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and sentence construction will significantly improve your score.
