Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is widely acknowledged fact of jet set age that many echelons are visiting on popular places and only focus on taking pictures of their own instead of enjoying the actual beauty of the place. from my vantage point, the stated notion is certainly pragmatic.
On the outset, without any qualms, there are multifarious causes responsible for the given notion. First and foremost, In this technological era everyone has their own smart phones and it has become so covenient to capture photos due to which people become more addicted to taking pictures. Additionally, social media has huge impact on echelons To epitome, big celebrities and influencers are posting pictures to get promotions and money on the other hand general public is also busy in posting pictures due to the influence but are getting nothing in return. People forgot how to enjoy visiting places but never forget to click pictures.
Apart from this, it has created negative trend in the society. when people take their pictures they do not focus on the beauty of the nature or place they are in they only compare the way they look, they do not take picture as a memory but they do take pictures to show off by posting those pictures on social media platforms. due to which people are not happy because they usually compare their lives with others resulting evilness in their lives and their environment becomes negative due to which they can not live happily. Moreover, visiting to a well-known place makes zero sence, if you are vising to take your pictures only because pictures can be clicked anywhere whereas beauty of the well-known place can not be found everywhere.
To recapitulate, agglomerating all the points mentioned above I would like to reiterate that the stated trend is utterly efficacious.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the reasons for the trend and the evaluation of whether it is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. While you mention social media and technology as reasons, the explanation of the 'negative trend' relies heavily on generalizations about 'evilness' and 'unhappiness' without providing concrete, real-world examples to support these claims. The conclusion is also slightly confusing, as you describe the trend as 'efficacious' (meaning effective/productive), which contradicts your argument that it is a negative trend. To improve, ensure your vocabulary choices align with your intended position and provide more balanced, logical support for your arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices such as 'First and foremost', 'Additionally', and 'To recapitulate'. However, some transitions are used incorrectly or sound unnatural, such as 'On the outset' (which should be 'At the outset') and 'To epitome' (which is not a standard cohesive phrase). Furthermore, the referencing is occasionally unclear; for example, the phrase 'the stated notion is certainly pragmatic' in the introduction is vague, as it is unclear what 'pragmatic' refers to in this context. Improving the precision of your linking words will help the flow of your ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You attempt to use a wide range of vocabulary, but there are frequent issues with word choice and collocation. For instance, 'many echelons' is used incorrectly to refer to people, and 'agglomerating all the points' is an awkward way to summarize. The phrase 'resulting evilness in their lives' is also unnatural and imprecise. While you demonstrate an attempt to use more sophisticated language, the lack of precision often obscures your intended meaning. Focus on learning the specific contexts in which words are used rather than using complex-sounding words that do not fit the sentence structure.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include missing articles (e.g., 'In this technological era'), incorrect preposition usage (e.g., 'visiting on popular places'), and punctuation errors, such as run-on sentences and missing commas. Subject-verb agreement and word order are also inconsistent. For example, 'visiting to a well-known place makes zero sence' contains both a spelling error and an unnecessary preposition. To reach a higher band, you need to focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading to eliminate these persistent errors.
