There is no doubt that tourists are increasing day by day among the people.Due of this more and more people these days visit well - known places to take photographs of themselves instead of seeing place .There are various reasons why this is happening . I will discuss it in the upcoming paragraphs .

There are various reasons why this trend is increasing among individuals .The first and foremost reason is that nature of only taking photographs

rather than knowing about places as they are not interested to see the place why this place is made .For example ,in this modern era especially youngsters want to take picture as they show their personality in the front of other people through social media .In addition of this , everyone's has a busy schedule in their life as they don't have enough time to spend on one location .

On the other hand ,this is a negative development as there are more well known places which are made by famous architecture and these kind of places also gives information about our culture and tradition which may help to connect with them. For example , zoo area is well known place . If we visit the place then i would see different animals like the lions area bird area and elephant area.

To conclude , although most of the people prefer to take photographs however according to my perspectives it is a negative development because of various reasons which could not be overlooked.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying reasons for the trend and expressing a clear negative opinion. However, the development of ideas is limited. The explanation regarding social media is relevant, but the argument about 'busy schedules' is underdeveloped. Furthermore, the example provided about the zoo is somewhat simplistic and does not fully support the argument regarding the cultural significance of architecture. Because the essay is slightly under the 250-word minimum, the depth of analysis is constrained, preventing a higher score. To improve, you should expand on your points with more detailed explanations and more sophisticated examples.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'Due of this' is an incorrect transition, and 'In addition of this' is non-standard. Some sentences are disjointed, such as the transition between the introduction and the first body paragraph. While there is a logical progression, the lack of variety in linking words and the occasional misuse of referencing make the flow feel somewhat repetitive. Improving your range of cohesive devices will help your ideas connect more naturally.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic phrasing, such as 'well-known places' and 'take photographs', which are repeated throughout. There are also noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'nature of only taking photographs' and 'famous architecture' (where 'architectural landmarks' would be more precise). While the meaning is generally clear, the limited vocabulary prevents a more nuanced discussion of the topic. Expanding your repertoire of synonyms and collocations will significantly improve your score.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but accuracy is inconsistent. There are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation, such as 'everyone's has a busy schedule', 'in the front of other people', and 'if we visit the place then i would see'. Punctuation is also problematic, with inconsistent spacing around commas and periods. These errors, while not always impeding communication, occur frequently enough to impact the overall fluency of the text. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and standard sentence construction will help you achieve a higher level of accuracy.
