More and more people nowadays visit well-known places to take photographs of themselves, without looking at the place.
Why do you think this is happening?
Is it a positive or a negative trend?

Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, more and more people visit famous places mainly to take photos of themselves rather than to appreciate the surroundings. However, it has both positive and negative aspects.
Firstly, discuss the positive aspects of this statement. Many people visit famous places not for the information about the well-known place; they want to make themselves happy and cherish. They prefer to post on social media like Instagram or other social media platforms. Additionally, they rely on their own happiness and thoughts they like to please themselves more and more. Moreover, there is no informative content in their blogs and photographs.
Secondly, this is negative impact on the young genertaion. However, they cannot find any information in those blogs and photographs. Personally, I would like to share my younger brother's story. He always watches some people's blogs and photographs; there is no information related to adventure and education.
In the last, In modern times, a growing number of people travel to well-known locations primarily to photograph themselves, rather than taking time to admire the scenery have both positive and negative aspects.
