Student answer (Band 5.5)
The issue of not enjoying present life and taking photo for future has become a considerable topic to be talk. People have different opinions regarding this kind of trend of visiting popular places for just photographs. I believe that its negative thing that they are doing, we will talk on the reasons of it in upcoming paragraphs.
First and foremost, technological advancements have improve the way people live, people can take photos of good memoeries, transportation make tourism more realiable and each and eveything become accesible in modern life. Having that much good amenities allow individuals to visit well known places eventhough people are not enjoying it and just take photos and become happy. The mean reason for this trend is that they want to show up on social media plateforms and become popular by reaching more and more views and followers. For example, vloggers earn certain amount if they reached to certain views and followers and which encourage people to live within frame of their mobile or camera screen. Therefore, people less likely enjoy this places and takes photographs.
Moreover, the main reasons which supports that this trend is negative is that people missed to live their live in present. They saved memories for future or just for show-off. The real life is that to enjoy present time, this wont be back again.
To conclude, whilist, the places are really enjoyable and beatifull, people just take photos for their social media reach. I believe that the should take more time if they want to do in this way and do both things so neither they miss real life moment nor photographs.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task, discussing both the reasons for taking photos without experiencing places and whether this is a negative trend. Your position is clear from the beginning when you state that you believe it is a negative thing. However, some ideas are under-developed or lack extension. For instance, while you mention that people want to show off on social media platforms, this idea could be expanded with more specific elaboration on the psychological drivers behind this behavior. Similarly, your supporting point regarding missing out on the present moment is introduced but remains somewhat brief. To move higher, ensure every main point is fully explored with detailed explanations or comprehensive examples.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt at paragraphing, moving from an introduction to body paragraphs addressing causes and implications, and concluding with a summary. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'First and foremost', 'Moreover', and 'To conclude', which help structure the essay. However, the cohesion can feel slightly mechanical or repetitive in its transitional phrases. Additionally, referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the opening sentences where pronoun reference like 'its negative thing' and referencing 'it' lacks a smooth anchor. To achieve a higher level, transitions should flow more naturally and logical progression between sentences needs to be tighter.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
An adequate range of vocabulary is attempted for the task, including phrases like 'technological advancements', 'social media platforms', and 'vloggers'. However, there are noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and word form throughout the essay, such as writing 'photo for future has become a considerable topic to be talk' instead of talking, and using 'beatifull' with a spelling error. You also write 'transportation make tourism more realiable' where reliable or accessible would be more precise. These inaccuracies do not completely impede communication, but they restrict your score because the vocabulary control is not yet flexible or precise enough for higher bands.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response utilizes a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some variety in your sentence structures through clauses introduced by 'because', 'while', and relative pronouns. However, there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation. Examples include agreement issues like 'technological advancements have improve' instead of improved, missing articles such as 'in present' instead of in the present, and run-on or awkward clause structures like 'the main reasons which supports that this trend is negative is that people missed to live their live in present'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with commas separating independent clauses. These errors mean that while communication is generally maintained, the control over complex structures needs to be much more accurate.
