Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays Its become trend to go to renowned palce and do photoshotout for themselves rather than know about the place background and history. I believe this is happening because people prefer to showoffs. I think it is a negative approch because if this trend remains continue then mosly people will know nothing about their historical places.
To begin with, some individulas have interested to put their pictures on social media. As a result they visit those places to take phoyographes of themselves so that they can upload thoses images on social media. Their motive behind this is only to show to public or their friends that they visit those places. They want to impress those people that are living luxury life.
For example, many time when media reporter asked to public who are present at well-known place about history or background of that place they do not know anything about it. Which showes that they only come their for enjoyment or photographes.
I think this is totaly negative trend, because this is not only put negative impact on others but also spread fakeness in society. Since mostly people use social media plateform and when they see this kind of post then they also want to visit those places only for photographes. So they can also posted on social media despite having knowlegde about background of that place. This thing spread fakesness in society.
In conclusion, although individulas like to visit well-known places for capturing pictures of themselves, this tend has more drawbacks for society and for themseleves. Which makes people less aware about their histoy.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by identifying why people visit well-known places just for photographs, such as the desire to showcase lifestyle on social media, and presents a clear position that this is a negative trend. However, some ideas are more fully developed than others. For instance, the explanation of why people want to impress others on social media is expanded upon, whereas the consequences of this trend on historical awareness are somewhat repetitive and under-developed, particularly in the third paragraph. To reach a higher level, the ideas would need to be extended with deeper analysis and more fully sustained support.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The essay demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a clear introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas, such as discussing the causes in the first body paragraph and the negative impacts in the subsequent one. Nevertheless, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical. For example, transitional phrases like 'To begin with' and 'In conclusion' are used, but referencing within sentences is not always clear, such as the ambiguous pronoun use in 'Which showes that they only come their for enjoyment'. Additionally, the progression between ideas could be smoother to avoid abrupt shifts.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The writer uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common terms such as 'renowned', 'enjoyment', and 'drawbacks'. However, there are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the response, including 'palce' instead of place, 'photoshootout' instead of photoshoot, 'showes' instead of shows, 'fakesness' instead of fakeness, and 'knowlegde'. While these errors do not severely impede communication, they reflect a limited vocabulary range and persistent inaccuracies that restrict the score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting structures such as 'if this trend remains continue then mosly people will know nothing'. There are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and word forms, such as missing articles ('Its become trend'), incorrect verb tenses ('remains continue' instead of remains continued), and subject-verb agreement issues ('individulas have interested'). These errors cause some difficulty for the reader, and while the meaning is generally decipherable, the lack of secure control over complex structures prevents a higher evaluation.
