Student answer (Band 5.0)

in recent years topic related to clicking photograph near some places by avoiding rules and regulation has become increasingly common .althrough this has severe benefits, but it also have some significant drawbacks

as far as this matter is concerned.i would like to state that taking a photo at famous place has remarkable impact on our people.to justify it,the first and formost point that strikes my mind is having picture at famous place make nostalic memory in our life because time after seeing that photo feel good.another, noteworthy point which comes to my mind is some people earning money though this type of work by exploring famous place and posting that images on social media as a vlogs.futhermore,it also work as increase in tourism of that place .

As every matter has two aspects, another matter deal with its pessimistic side.although exploring famous place has tremendous benifits, but some concomitants ill effects are also apparent which cannot be repudiated.first of all, some individuals take photo near water or dams with make dangerous to their life.moreover some people use that picture for their use but editing from ai and misuse of that photo and other stuff.

in conclusion, although take picture at well known without lookin ruke and regulation has disadvantages.but, i believe that taking photo of good view with knowing of that place safety hasmore significant .therefore, goverment and higher authories set some rules and regulation and anyone obey it that person got highly charged and setting example on notice board

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

You attempt to discuss both the reasons for this behaviour and whether it is positive or negative, and you give relevant points such as creating memories, sharing images online, tourism, and safety risks. However, the reasons people focus on photographing themselves rather than experiencing a place are not clearly explained, and the discussion shifts to taking photographs generally. Your position is also difficult to identify: you mention benefits and drawbacks, then conclude that taking photos is beneficial if safety rules are followed, without clearly judging the trend described in the question. The examples are brief and largely asserted rather than explained. The response is also five words below the required minimum. Develop the causes and make your overall judgement explicit, supporting each main point with a clear example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph presenting benefits, a paragraph on drawbacks, and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the broad direction of your answer. You also use linking expressions such as “furthermore,” “moreover,” and “in conclusion.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and several transitions feel formulaic, including “As every matter has two aspects.” The opening refers to “avoiding rules and regulation,” which does not establish a clear link to the question, and the conclusion introduces enforcement measures without developing them earlier. Some sentences are difficult to connect because the relationships between ideas are not fully expressed. Organise each paragraph around one clear point and explain how it answers the question before moving to the next.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “nostalgic memory,” “social media,” “tourism,” “pessimistic side,” and “ill effects.” These choices show an effort to discuss both advantages and disadvantages. However, the range is limited by frequent inaccurate word choice, spelling, and collocation, which sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “make nostalgic memory” and “some concomitants ill effects” are not natural expressions, while “posting that images … as a vlogs” is unclear. There are also repeated forms such as “famous place” and “photo.” Aim for accurate, natural phrases rather than more elaborate wording: for instance, describe “creating lasting memories” or “sharing travel content online.” Proofreading spelling and word forms would also improve clarity.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You try to use both simple and more complex sentence forms, including contrast clauses beginning with “although” and a conditional idea in the conclusion. However, control is inconsistent, and frequent errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms can make the message hard to understand. Examples include “it also have,” “having picture … make,” and “some people take photo … with make dangerous.” Several sentences contain incomplete or tangled clauses, particularly the sentence about seeing a photo and feeling good. Punctuation and capitalisation are also unreliable, with missing spaces after full stops and inconsistent sentence boundaries. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check agreement, articles, and verb forms when editing.
