Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify a relevant reason for the trend—people seek views on social media—and give a clear negative opinion. You also mention copying influencers, danger, and possible effects on young people’s studies. However, the response addresses the task only minimally: the reasons are asserted rather than explained, and the negative judgement is not developed with a clear, relevant example. The discussion of unemployment and career growth is only loosely connected to taking photographs at famous places. The conclusion is unfinished (“To conculde, visiting to”), so your final position is not properly restated. The response is also 44 words below the required minimum, leaving too little space to explain and support your ideas. Develop both answers directly and complete the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
There is an attempt to organise the response into an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and phrases such as “To begin with” and “Furthermore” signal relationships between points. However, ideas are not arranged in a consistently clear progression. The first body paragraph shifts from risk-taking to social-media imitation without explaining how these points connect, while the paragraph about studies introduces a new consequence without linking it clearly to the main argument. Some connections are also difficult to follow, particularly “many people enjoying visited dangerous places.” The conclusion stops mid-sentence, which prevents the response from feeling complete. Use one focused paragraph for each main reason or effect, explain the link between sentences, and finish with a concise summary of your view.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “social media,” “dangerous places,” “views,” and “unemployment,” so the general subject is understandable. However, the range is basic and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing harder to read, for example “arond,” “soical,” “platefroms,” and “perfrom.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “take risk,” “exciting about it,” and “more viwes in the profiles.” Aim to use accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; for instance, describe people as seeking “online attention” or “engagement” rather than simply wanting more views. More precise vocabulary would help you explain the causes and consequences without repeating general terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt a few longer sentences using connectors such as “as” and “due to this,” but control of sentence structure is inconsistent, and many sentences contain errors that make relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “The main reason behind it is social media people keep doing this” needs a clear clause boundary, while “many people enjoying visited dangerous places” has faulty verb forms. There are also recurring problems with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “younger generation like” and “it will cause unemployment and this not only bad.” Most structures are simple or attempted complex forms that are not yet controlled. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause.
