Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, Visitors vists well-know places and seven wonders of the world just to take photographs of themselves instead of looking at the place. It is happening because of social media and Show off to other people that they visited that place. I believe it is follow a negative trend because people are not emotionally connected to the place.
Social media is influenceing people nowadays was increased significiently. If a visitors visits well-know places, people are not enjoying the place and connect to the place. Instead of living in the movement they are intend to take photos and upload in the social media. For example, If a visitor group travel to see Taj Mahal instead of knowing the histor or connect to the place emotionally they are taking photos and upload on social media just for the likes and show their circle of people that they visited the Taj Mahal. Hence, It will impact their wellbeing and reduce the concentration.
Furthermore, people are also disconnect from the nature and spending more time on taking photographs. If a people went to watch sunrise in the morning and travel arouund 50 to 80 kilometers just to watch sunrise. But some people are end up by taking photos instead of watching the sunrise and connect to the nature. It always impact negetively and disconnect from nature just to take photos and upload in social media or keep it for memory.
In conclusion, the visitors rapidly to disconnect from the real emotion and not living with the real movement. They are more focusing on taking photos istead of connecting with the nature. In my opinion it follows negative trend then the positive.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both parts of the question: you explain that social media encourages people to take and upload photographs, and you clearly judge the trend negatively because it reduces emotional engagement with places and nature. The Taj Mahal example supports your explanation, while the sunrise example adds a second relevant consequence. However, some points are asserted rather than fully explained. For instance, you say the behaviour affects wellbeing and concentration, but do not show how or why. The reasons for the trend could also be developed beyond seeking likes and showing others where one has been. Explain the motivations and consequences more precisely, and extend each example to show how it supports your position.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction states your view, two body paragraphs develop related points, and a conclusion restates your position. Linking expressions such as “For example,” “Hence,” and “Furthermore” help signal the direction of the discussion. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The second body paragraph begins with “Furthermore,” but the relationship between disconnecting from nature and the earlier point about social media could be made more explicit. The sunrise example also shifts into a conditional scenario without a clear link to the claim. Some ideas are repeated in the conclusion rather than brought together. Use clearer references and transitions, and make each paragraph’s main point and supporting example connect more directly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “social media,” “emotionally connected,” “histor[y],” “wellbeing,” and “concentration.” These choices make your main ideas understandable, and you attempt phrases such as “disconnect from nature” and “living in the moment.” However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors reduce precision: “show off to other people,” “connect to the place,” and “real movement” do not express your intended meanings naturally. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “significiently,” “arouund,” and “negetively.” Build a wider set of accurate phrases for motivations and effects, and check spelling and collocations so your ideas sound more natural and exact.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including a conditional example beginning “If a visitor group travel…” and a cause-and-effect sentence with “Hence.” Your meaning is generally recoverable, but some errors in verb forms, agreement, articles, and sentence construction make parts difficult to follow. For example, “Social media is influenceing people nowadays was increased” combines incompatible verb structures, while “If a visitors visits” has an agreement problem. The sunrise example beginning “If a people went…” is not completed as a clear conditional sentence. Practise building accurate clauses with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement and tense consistency. More controlled complex sentences would help you express the relationships between causes and effects.
