You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for organize famous cuisines event from around the world by International student club the next week.

Firstly, I want to give suggestion upon a popular dish from my home country . The dish is called Shahi Paneer. Most of people from my home country loves to eat this dish.

It is made from Paneer and cream with blending of authentic indian species. We can serve Shahi paneer with Butter Naan to enhance the flavours. I am pretty sure people would definately relish this cuisine.

The reason to include this recipe in the event is the flavours of indian species and creamy taste. I want the people from various nations would taste and enjoy it. We will invite best chef to prepare this dish. I want to show my country dish to everyone so that they can know about indian essence.
