You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am writing to suggest some famous dishes for the upcoming celebration of an event where you are representing the dishes from various nations.

My recommendation would be adding a dish called Chana Masala that is not only widely popular but also very easy to cook as it does not include a plenty of ingredients. Moreover, it is also cost-effective and healthy food.

The recipe of Chana Masala is quite simple as various vegetables are mixed together adding spices and chickpeas over it. Finally, all the mixture filled in a bread and its ready to eat.

The major factor of bringing this particular food in attention because of its contribution in cultural popularity. Additionally, it will bring more customers.

It would be appreciated if this homemade item can be considered as a part of the upcoming event. I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
