You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well

I am writing to inform you that I am excited for the upcoming food event that we are conducting in our club. As a part of this club, I would like to make an offer to add the famous cuisine from my country as well ,named Kerala Biriyani. Even though everyone is familiar about biriyani, but this is a unique and delicious item. Basically,it is kind of spicy with a sweet tenderness along with a side dish. Moreover, by adding the famous mint drink also makes a unique style to the biriyani.

As most of our club members are from different cultural diversities, they will definitely enjoy the aroma. I would appreciate if my special biriyani will be include in the list, so that people can try our taste as well. Once I receive a confirmation from you, I can start the prepartion work. I hope you will also be a part of tasting my delicious special biriyani.
