You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding a popular dish to be added from my country in the upcoming event.

Our club is organizing an event in august in which popular food from all over the world will be brought to enjoy together. I would also like to bring a dish which is very famous in my country. And this dish is named as Samosa. Samosa is the most liked food in my country and i wanted to bring it here so that the folks from other corner of the world can enjoy it too.

However, samosa is a simple dish made from potatoes stuffing with some spices. I will try to make mild spice level so that people can try it. I believe people will love it. Already it is available in some parts of the other countries. So, i am hoping some people must be aware of this dish. I'll be eagerly waiting for your opinion on this.
