You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope this email finds you well and healthy. I am Chandni Bandaru, member of the International Students' club, and I have a proposition for the upcoming event.

Since this is an event to celebrate food from across the world, I offer to make - Chicken biryani. This dish holds a special place to all the residents of Hyderabad, and I thought it would be logical to do so, as 60% of our students reside from there. The dish is a perfect mix of flavors and spices with rice and chicken, with the flavors being the star of the dish. I, with my upmost gratitude and well-wishes want to make the team enjoy and taste a part of my home.

I have prepared an excel sheet with a list of students and sent it across in order to understand if there are nay allergies I need note. I request you to have a look at it too.
