You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I am Komal Babbar, a member of an International Student's club, writing this letter to offer a popular dish from my country.

The dish's name is masala champ, which is not only popular but also awarded for its taste and quality. It is enjoyed by numerous north indian people. I used to have it every weekend with my family while watching Television.

I personally believe it should be included in the event because people who come to the event will definitely love it. Although, we have people from different countries, I guarantee everyone will enjoy this dish due to its delicious taste. However, I'll make sure to make it less spicy for the people who do not eat spicy food.

I would definitely appreciate it if you could grant me permission to offer my dish from my country.
