You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well.I am writing to offer to make a dish that represents my culture at the event. I have heard that you are organising a wonderful program to celebrate famous dishes from different countries. I am planning to participate in this event by making a famous dish called as ‘Sev Usal’. This recipe is very interesting because it has all the flavours like spicy,tangy and tasty. It is easy to make and has a health benefits too. It includes lentils, tomato,Garlic,onions etc.

I believe that everybody will enjoy this dish because of its flavour and aroma. It is a famous dish from Baroda which is located in Gujarat. If this food will allowed by you in the food fair then I think that it will be a proud moment for India because it will represent the people of India with different natures.

I would appreciate if you allow me to do it.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
