You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Mr. Carlo,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitute for an event that is going to organise at our club to celebrate popluar food festival around the world.

I would like to propose a popular dish from my country, India. The dish, called Makki di roti and sarso da saag. It is a pubjabi dish and famous in the north part of india.

This dish is made with diverse range of green leafs vegetables and spices. Although it is good for vegetarian, others also can taste it. The dish is really delicious and healthy option for people.

I believe this food item will present our culture and tradition because people usually made it on special occassions, such as winter festival. This dish will not only give different taste to everyone those who comes from different background and also will add distinct varity in you food list.

I hope these suggestion will help you to make this food festival more enjoyable. I would be greatful if I can do anything else in party preparation.
