You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

My name is Mandeep Kaur and I am member of international Student' club. As our club is organising an food event. I want to take part in this event. I make a famous sweet dish which made with rice , milk and sugar and it called rice pudding. Dry fruits can be added to this according to taste . In my country , every new thing starts by eating sweet that's why I think to make this . You should include this in the event as dessert. People going to love this and give this chance.
