You are a member of an International Students' club. The club is organising an event to celebrate popular food from around the world.

Write a letter to the event organiser, Luis. In your letter

• offer to make a popular dish from your country
• describe what this dish is
• explain why it should be included in the event

Dear Luis,

I hope you are doing well. I am very excited for the 'popular food from around the world' event organized by our International students club. As a member of this club, I would like to make some recommendation regarding this event.

I would like to offer to make a very popular dish from the Rajasthan, India which is Dal-Bati. This is very healthy and famous dish in India. Even non Rajasthani people like to eat it. The dish includes dal curry which is high in protein and nutrition. This dal serve with bati which made from wheat flour, it also contains protein and vitamins. It is very easy to make as it does not required lots of ingredients. However, the most important ingredients are Indian masala. I do have all kinds of Indian masala which i can offer you for this event. I am very confident that all attendees will love this dish and you will get many compliments for it so this dish should be included in the event.

I will be attending this event, therefore I can help you if you need any assistance. I hope you consider my offer as it can be the part of the event's success.
